The National Pan-Hellenic Council

The purpose of this council shall be to foster cooperative action of its member in dealing with matter of mutual concern. The NPHC at EMU also promotes the well-being of its affiliate fraternity and sorority members by providing leadership opportunities, academic support and community service to EMU and the greater Washtenaw County Area. The NPHC at EMU is the local governing body for the fraternities and sororities affiliated with the National Pan-Hellenic Council, incorporated. It is comprised of four student leaders who fill the following positions: President, Vice President of Civic Engagements and Programming, Vice President of Internal Affairs, Vice President of Standards and Scholarship. At EMU, the NPHC represents 7 active fraternity and sorority chapters.
